Does The Treatment Hurt?
No, the treatment is non-invasive and gentle, most people describe the sensation as a light tingling feeling. The treatment takes about 45 minutes from start to finish (please allow an extra 15 minutes for consultation).
How Does It Work?
When performing the laser treatment, a layer of special Bodevolution carbon cream is applied on the entire face and allowed to dry over a period of 15 minutes. Then, a Q Switch Nd: YAG laser is used to heat and cause an implosion of the carbon particles. The laser light is absorbed by the carbon paste focusing the laser energy on the epidermis. As the laser moves across the skin the carbon paste is gently vacuumed up, exfoliating the skin and removing any debris in pores. How Many Treatments Will I Need?
A visible difference should be noticed with one individual treatment, but a course of six treatments with a break in between each treatment is advised for maximum results.
